What do you do with so much ease that you fail to give it value?

So many times I have worked with people who totally discount the things that they find so easy to be/do as not being of value to others. There is a very pervasive myth that things that are too easy are not of value. The classic saying of “no pain, no gain” illustrates this.

What if the exact opposite was true? What if it is the very things that we do with such ease are some of our greatest talents and abilities? What would our lives look like if we were willing to stop buying the myth that just because we find it easy others must too. They don’t!

So what do you do with such ease? Do you value it? Do you allow others to value this?
